Innellea and Goom Gum share Childhood

Nostalgia for something half-remembered, set against a beat built to still move a floor — that’s the frame behind Childhood, the new single from Innellea and Goom Gum on Belonging. It’s cut from Finding Home, Innellea’s forthcoming 12-track compilation, due September 5th.

Belonging runs less like a label than a members’ club. Fans vote on artwork and pick singles through a dedicated Telegram channel. Childhood is the second single to come out of that process, after Inside Your Mind.

Goom Gum, the duo behind Pantheon, their number-one Beatport hit with Argy on Afterlife, are credited alongside Innellea on Childhood. Their other big one, It’s A Lot, topped the UK club chart, and their catalogue beyond those two runs through Armada and Tomorrowland Music as well. They’ve drawn regular support from the likes of Solomun, Pete Tong, Tale Of Us and Deadmau5, and their tracks have turned up over the past two years in sets from Anyma and MRAK.
