ILLENIUM shares new single ‘Heavenly Side

‘Heavenly Side’ pairs Matt Maeson’s vocals with playful keys, wistful guitar lines and driving percussion. It’s out now via Warner Records, the latest cut from ILLENIUM’s upcoming album ‘Fallen Embers.’

The song breaks from Illenium’s usual formula. Verse one carries the emotional piano work fans expect, but the pre-chorus hands focus to guitar instead of building toward a drop. It continues a run of recent Illenium singles built on organic instruments layered with light electronic touches.

It follows ‘Sideways’ with Nurko and Valerie Broussard, ‘First Time’ with iann dior, ‘Hearts on Fire’ with Dabin and Lights, ‘Paper Thin’ with Tom DeLonge, and ‘Nightlight’ with Annika Wells — five collaborations in a steady run of singles ahead of the album.
