David Guetta and MORTEN christen new Future Rave label with ‘Element

Producers hoping to land a release on Future Rave are about to get a direct way in, through a demo drop opening alongside the label. Future Rave — a sound David Guetta and MORTEN built from techno’s drive, trance’s melody and the scale of big-room house — started a few years back as a cultural movement; it has since grown into a fully established genre, and now becomes a proper record label as well, with ‘Element’ as the single that christens it.

The label is meant to work as a platform for a new generation of producers working in the sound, built to house both established acts and new arrivals alike. It has already signed acts such as Alpha Funk, DJ Efx and Guillermo Burgos, expanding beyond Guetta and MORTEN’s own catalogue.

Demo submissions will go to the Future Rave team itself, ahead of the remaining tracks on ‘Episode 2,’ due on 4 November.
