Dabin releases ‘Wild Youth

Dabin calls it “a funny story”: the instrumental for ‘Another Day’ was the first piece of the album to come together, and its vocal was the last to arrive. The song first reached fans as its own single on Seeking Blue, and it resurfaces now on ‘Wild Youth,’ the album Dabin released 22 March on Seeking Blue, the label he has called home since 2018. The record carries Dabin’s own electric-guitar lines throughout, set against vocal turns from Conor Byrne and, elsewhere, Nevve, whose parts sit over production from Dabin and Inukshuk.

Dabin’s climb has been fast over the past year, and ‘Wild Youth’ arrives alongside his first headlining run, the Wild Youth Tour. Trivecta, William Black and IHF join him on the road, and Dabin has praised all three by name, urging fans catching the tour to “come early” for their sets.

The tour runs 14 stops, opening the last week of March.
