Champagne Problems marks a year with ‘Summer Nights

‘Summer Nights’ arrives as a melodic house single built for festival season, pairing a bright vocal hook with warm, uplifting production.

The release lands on two anniversaries at once: one year since the 26-year-old Chris Chadronet, who records as Champagne Problems, dropped his first release as a producer, and one month since WALL Academy — Afrojack’s platform for emerging producers — launched.

Afrojack first noticed Chadronet’s tracks during one of WALL Academy’s monthly demo-streams, where up-and-coming producers submit music for consideration, backing and a shot at release through the platform.

Chadronet’s last release on any label was ‘Young Hearts’, with Rachel Philipp; an earlier single, ‘Hold You’, found a wide streaming audience across platforms.

‘Summer Nights’ lands as WALL Academy’s fourth release since launch.
