TWO LANES release ‘Movement,’ the final single before ‘Duality

TWO LANES released ‘Movement’ on 19 May, the final single ahead of their debut album, ‘Duality.’ The duo have released music since 2018, all of it on TWO LANES MUSIC, and ‘Movement’ follows ‘Searching’ as their most recent work there.

By the time ‘Movement’ reached streaming platforms, audiences on the road already knew it well. The track spent last year woven into the duo’s live set, delighting crowds on tour months before any studio version existed for sale. It leans toward the clubbier side of TWO LANES’ catalogue, driven by a steady low end and layered, unhurried synth work that opens the track before it builds into something more immersive.

‘Duality’ is due 16 June, spanning neoclassical passages, ambient stretches and melodic techno, and it arrives after a run of singles released earlier this year, each previewing the same record.
