LP Giobbi shares ‘All I Need’, fifth single from debut album

Counter Records will release LP Giobbi’s ‘All I Need’ on 12 May, the fifth single pulled from her debut album, ‘Light Places’, a 13-track record due the same day. Clyde McPhatter’s ‘The Ties That Bind’ supplies the sample at its core, the doo-wop original reworked inside her own house arrangement; the transition lands effortlessly. She has been on the label since 2022, and ‘All I Need’ is not her first release there — it follows the likes of ‘If Love Is A Skill’ and ‘Georgia’, earlier singles from the same record. Before those came ‘Can’t Let You Go’, a collaboration with Little Jet that arrived alongside a Coachella set in the festival’s Yuma tent.

Giobbi is bringing the release to the road with DJ Tennis, in a tour built inside a repurposed airstream trailer fitted out as a mobile studio. Billed ‘All In An Airstream’, the run comprises pop-up shows around the country, joined along the way by local musicians and surprise guests.
