Swedish House Mafia & Sting share Redlight through Republic Records

Tourist’s remix of Moth To A Flame opens on a full minute of instrumental, quiet figures and a low hum underneath it. The Weeknd arrives next, and the whole build is there to clear the room for him. The production stays close around the vocal from there, relaxed handling throughout. That song was the previous single, and it has kept picking up new versions since — Swedish House Mafia cut an extended edit themselves, and Chris Lake pulled it into electro house. The original went comfortably past 220 million plays on Spotify.

Redlight is the one carrying a date now, and Sting is credited on the record. It is out 25 February through Republic Records, ahead of the album Paradise Again. People had been waiting on it for a while, and releases have been arriving quickly from them this stretch. Republic also has Rich The Kid and NAV.
