Dim Mak releases Steve Aoki and Will Sparks’ ‘Send It

Dim Mak Records has put out ‘Send It’, the first single label boss Steve Aoki and Will Sparks have released together. Aoki takes the track’s vocal, set over a techno-inflected instrumental from Sparks, the producer credited with helping establish the Melbourne sound.

A techy bassline drives the track toward the festival stage, folding Sparks’ low end under Aoki’s vocal line. Its video leans into the title, following three action-sports names as they send it in their own disciplines: skateboarder Tony Hawk, Olympic snowboarding gold medalist Chloe Kim and big-wave surfer Kai Lenny.

Away from the studio, Aoki also runs a fashion line, has published a book and keeps up a workout routine between shows, on top of a touring schedule that rarely slows down. ‘Send It’ arrived on Dim Mak on October 4th.
