Chris Stussy previews his debut album with ‘Darkness

Before ‘Darkness’ had a release date, Chris Stussy was already playing it out live. The track spent months as an unreleased ID in his DJ sets, and it now arrives on Up The Stuss ahead of his first full-length, a 19-track project titled ‘Lost, Found & Forgotten…’.

Fans had been asking for it by name long before there was an official release to point to. ‘Darkness’ runs on driving percussion and a heavy low end, with an understated melody and a reflective edge underneath the club energy.

The single opens the album’s ‘Lost’ chapter, which also carries ‘Moonlight,’ featuring vocalist Elena Moroder, along with ‘Side to Side,’ ‘Here for the Summer,’ ‘Miraflores’ and ‘It’s Time for a Change.’ Up The Stuss has been Stussy’s home since 2021, following ‘Sakura’ there, and its roster also carries Anil Aras, Lewis Taylor and Sidney Charles. ‘Lost, Found & Forgotten…’ lands 3 April.
