Chase & Status reveal Generic Everything on Warner Records

Chase & Status have released ‘Generic Everything’, their seventh album, out now.

Few acts in drum and bass carry as much weight as Chase & Status. Chase & Status have been releasing music since 2003. ‘BACKBONE’ is a Stormzy collaboration. The album opens with ‘Disgruntled’, which puts J Hus and IRAH over a drum and bass base pulled toward dancehall. “We started this record many years ago and knew it felt special but could never find the right voice to finish it,” Chase said.

A 2027 UK and European arena tour follows the album, opening at the Atlas Arena in Łódź, Poland, on 18 February ahead of further dates in Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham. The tour comes after ‘Essa Tá Quente’, their collaboration with Skrillex.

Tickets for the UK and European dates are available through the band’s website, and the schedule continues into April.
