Eli & Fur preview debut album with ‘Wild Skies

Eli & Fur wrote ‘Wild Skies’ in one sitting, with no lyrics prepared beforehand — sitting down at a microphone and singing whatever came. It’s out now on Anjunadeep.

The track marks one half of a distinction Eli & Fur have followed since early in the duo’s partnership: there are two sides to Eli & Fur, and ‘Wild Skies’ sits on the melodic, vocal side, songs the pair have called suited to solitude.

‘Wild Skies’ is also the lead single from Found In The Wild, Eli & Fur’s forthcoming debut album on Anjunadeep, the label that’s carried Eli & Fur’s music since 2014.

Eli & Fur, the British duo of Eliza Noble and Jennifer Skillman, have been releasing music together since 2012, and ‘Wild Skies’ follows ‘Walk The Line / Big Tiger’ as Eli & Fur’s most recent release on the label.
