Sara Landry releases ‘Shake That’ through her own HEKATE label

HEKATE has another release out, this one built entirely around its founder: Sara Landry’s ‘Shake That,’ a single she put out on her own imprint on 17 July, arrives as her latest solo statement since building the label into a fixture of her live sets. ‘It’s a real banger, sexy, bouncy and full throttle,’ Landry said of the track.

Heavy low end anchors the track, with jagged synth stabs cutting across it, carrying the dark, underground-leaning energy that has become something of a signature for Landry even as she pushes further into a heavier, more provocative register than her earlier singles. It arrives while Landry, an EDM.com Class of 2024 pick, keeps building toward a sophomore album that will follow her debut, Spiritual Driveby.

‘Shake That’ lands after a run that has taken Landry through Coachella, Tomorrowland, EDC and Creamfields this year, and it follows a 2025 in which she reached number one on Beatport’s Top 140 Chart with backing from Sammy Virji, Mala, Caspa, Eptic, Zeds Dead, Levity, It’s Murph and Peekaboo.

The single’s release also sits close to Landry’s 2026 Ultra Music Festival Miami debut, where she led a full HEKATE stage takeover and closed it out with a headline back-to-back against Amelie Lens.
