Cloonee shares Are You Still You?

Cloonee, fourteen years into a house career, is releasing a debut album. Are You Still You? is out 6 October via Good Music For Bad People and Hellbent Records, and it runs to sixteen tracks.

Those years have made him one of the most recognisable names in house music, and the following behind him is enormous. The twelve months before the album were extremely productive, and they carried Free Your Mind with Prospa, I Rhyme Quick, One Question, XTC, How Deep Are Your Dreams? and Not Gonna Be Your Boo.

The grooves land immediately, the energy beneath them is darker and pitched at a club floor, and Cloonee has kept that sound moving.

Chris Avantgarde releases debut album Hyperreal

Chris Avantgarde released his debut album on 10 July, on Hyperreal, the label he set up last year with Boom.Records. It follows his single 'Rhythm Check.' 'Hyperreal' runs eighteen tracks, bridging the underground techno influences that built his name with newer, more cinematic and melodic songwriting the German-born, London-based producer has spent years working toward. It already carries some heavyweight support: Adam Beyer, who also joins him on the track 'Desolate Lands,' along with Anyma, David Guetta, John Summit and Armin van Buuren, have all played his music out.

Avantgarde will bring the album on the road through the rest of the year, with the tour stopping at Awakenings, Tomorrowland, UNVRS Ibiza, Loveland Festival and Resistance Ibiza among other dates.

Solomun and Skrillex share Rumpta through Diynamic

Rumpta is out 1 July via Diynamic Music, a single credited to Solomun and Skrillex.

Solomun and Skrillex work from different places: Solomun, who keeps his house clean and minimal, and Skrillex, who has favoured a glitchy, recognisably mechanical sound for years. The track is soulful house, with a warm, bounding bassline and the glitch work over the top of it. It first surfaced in January, at Tehmplo Tulum, on Solomun's return there.

Diynamic Music also has the likes of Modeplex, Doriann and Humans Musik on it.

Fills come through it distorted, and the vocal hooks are the part that catches, pointing back at classic house with something newer laid over them. Peak-time material, and the groove takes hold when the beat lands. One track, 3:30.

Alesso & OneRepublic announce In Your Eyes on Capitol Records

OneRepublic are on In Your Eyes in full voice throughout, out today via Capitol Records, with the production belonging to Alesso, whose previous collaboration with Tedder was a long time ago. The record reaches for the 2010s almost immediately, landing among the crossover records that took in If I Lose Myself, Calling (Lose My Mind) and Scars.

The melody, recognisable in feel, quite new in outline. It's got the quality of a stranger met on the dancefloor who ends up feeling like someone known for years. The opening is a long ascent, carrying the elevation and the sweep that made progressive house dominant, and Alesso has positioned it right at the front.

Alesso's production is constructed at the scale that a main stage operates on, and the warmth remains at the centre of it. The label has also released Everclear, Beck and Niall Horan. Tedder moves the vocal across the top of the arrangement unhurried, evocative in its writing in the way that carried OneRepublic's earlier work a long way.

Johan Gielen turns a 1992 vinyl find into Ready For The Jump

"I was digging through old vinyl crates and came across this raw, hypnotic record from 1992, which instantly took me back," the trance veteran Johan Gielen said of the original. Now it's an official release. Ready For The Jump is out on Black Hole Recordings, where he has released before — 'Etherflow' came out on the same label. "People might not know why, but they feel it," Gielen said of the record's pull. He spent six months road-testing the track live before committing to the rougher direction, and what came back off the floor settled it. It is out on 8 May. It lands as a ragga-rap-rave hybrid, pitched at warehouse dancefloors and festival stages alike, and ships in two versions: the original and a Tech Mix.

Kaskade, Layton Giordani & Natalie Jane announce Meet Again

Kaskade released undux last December, the most personal album of a career that has collected eight GRAMMY nominations. Following the album, he returned to progressive house earlier this year on Vision Blurred with CID and Anabel Englund. Meet Again arrived on 8 May through Insomniac Records, and this year's EDC Las Vegas has adopted the single as its official anthem.

Layton Giordani shares the record with him, and his production comes out of New York club music. That production works in large electronic rooms and supplies urgency and a late-night charge next to Kaskade's melodic instincts. Meet Again is sized for a main stage and keeps an emotional centre underneath. The momentum belongs to a club, and Natalie Jane carries the vocal with considerable force.

"When Layton Giordani and I started building 'Meet Again,' we knew we needed a voice that could match that intensity that his NYC DNA brings, as well as the Kaskade of it all," Kaskade said. The label has also put out the likes of CHANEY, Deeper Purpose and Mau P.

"After being a longtime fan of Kaskade and eventually meeting him, we both knew a collab was going to happen," Giordani said. "'Meet Again' happened so fluently and both our styles complimented each other so well. I couldn't have asked for a better result. 'Meet Again' will stand the test of time and be a record that I'll always feel attached to after getting in the studio with him and Natalie."

NevadaSYSTEM and Qian Qiao release Above The Noise on VASA

VASA Records put out Above The Noise on 24 April 2026. NevadaSYSTEM and Qian Qiao produced it, with Clare Dove on vocals. Both are filed as house. It runs 3:04, with an extended mix at 4:48 under its own catalogue entry.

The lyric was written in the air. "I wrote the lyrics on a red-eye back to New York," NevadaSYSTEM said.

It follows Covenant, out on the same label on 13 March 2026. NevadaSYSTEM has been releasing since March 2022 and has been on VASA Records since June 2023. Spitfire Music and Enormous Tunes have carried releases too. Earlier this year the project played Silo.

The desert the project is named for is doing work on the record. "The desert is just big. Like, genuinely disorienting in how big and empty it is," NevadaSYSTEM said.

John Summit releases CTRL ESC on Experts Only

"I am not the same person I was five years ago," John Summit said days ahead of the record's arrival. CTRL ESC is out now via Experts Only / Darkroom Records, a thirteen-track collection. The release date is Tax Day. Summit practised accountancy in Chicago, and he abandoned the profession for dance music.

CTRL ESC ranks among the most anticipated dance albums of the year, and it follows Comfort In Chaos, the debut Summit released in 2024. The record amounts to a self-portrait of Summit's present circumstances, registering the relentless demands of international touring alongside the intimate rooms that keep his audience close. He released a new single every Wednesday through the weeks preceding it.

The album's first single, LIGHTS GO OUT, landed in late January, accompanied by a video that follows a cubicle workforce from strip lighting to a club floor. Julia Wolf features on WITH ME, Devault and Julia Church appear together on SHADES OF BLUE, Rohaan takes SATA, and Absolutely receives credits on DON'T BELIEVE IT and CYANIDE. Ilsey accompanies The Chainsmokers on ALL THE TIME, and KILIMANJARO turns up on TIME WITH YOU.

Feid, the Colombian singer, created CHICA 305 with Summit in Miami. The collaboration routes a Latin strain through the club machinery Summit ordinarily assembles, and the vocal supplies an after-hours mood above a rhythm he holds firm. Summit introduced it unannounced during his Ultra Miami mainstage set, where he brought Feid onstage beside him.

A sequence of album launch pop-ups preceded the release, among them a three-hour solo performance at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, one of the most storied stages in electronic music. Reframe Studios in Los Angeles hosted another, and on April Fools' Day Summit performed in professional dress for a private New York audience. He delivered a surprise set at the Do LaB stage at Coachella before the album arrived. Summit has previously sold out the O2 Arena and headlined Madison Square Garden, while Experts Only has developed into a label running its own festival alongside an Ibiza residency.

EDC Las Vegas completes its 2026 lineup

Insomniac has published the complete lineup for EDC Las Vegas, which returns on May 15–17 for its thirtieth anniversary. Earlier editions of the annual Music Through Music livestream have worked through the bookings one stage at a time, setting each artist against a short clip of their music inside the megamix built for that stage. Pasquale Rotella and the Insomniac team presented this one on February 11.

Tiësto devoted much of last year to a return to his trance roots, and his audience had been requesting it for a very long stretch. An album is scheduled for this year, and he's announced a substantial run of touring dates alongside it. The previous EDC Las Vegas carried an A Search For Sunrise set from him, delivered under a brand he established himself.

He is announced for the anniversary edition alongside Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Hardwell, Above & Beyond, Kaskade and John Summit. GRiZ and Wooli have been paired for a back-to-back set. It's one of several pairings of that kind across the weekend. There's a rare appearance scheduled from The Prodigy.

FISHER, Chloé Caillet, HAAi and Eptic are announced on the same bill, with ATLiens, INFEKT and Samplifire among the rest. Every pass type for the anniversary edition sold out in record time last year. Insomniac also used the broadcast for general updates on EDC Las Vegas, new experiences, stage designs and a set of other surprises.

Adriatique and Elderbrook open 2026 with Lost In The Woods

'Lost In The Woods' builds a melodic house track around layered synths and a defined chord progression, a softer, more emotive turn for Adriatique than usual — the same direction the duo first tried on 'Never Alone.' Out now via broke, it's their first single of 2026, made together with Elderbrook.

Adriatique open 2026 already deep into it: their X event series, launched at Zamna in Tulum, Mexico, is set to expand to Chile, Spain, New York and London this year. Festival stops at Ultra Music Festival and Coachella sit on the same calendar. The rest of their catalogue runs through Diynamic and Afterlife, plus an imprint of their own, Siamese.

Elderbrook's vocal anchors the track, giving 'Lost In The Woods' its emotional weight.

Floret Loret returns to Deadbeats with Lightsplinter

A sword forged from light, built to hold back a darkness settled inside a cave that gives the record its name, supplies the narrative behind Lightsplinter. The four-track EP landed December 3rd, out via Deadbeats. It opens on Doves, a spacious, half-ceremonial pass through vintage science-fiction textures, before three more tracks push through bruising low end and alien percussion; Lightsplinter, the closing title cut, pulls the record back down into something settled — a homecoming that closes the arc it opened on Doves.

Floret Loret has released music since 2017 and joined Deadbeats in 2019. Lightsplinter isn't a first for that partnership: it follows Secluded Garden, the release directly before it on the label. Their last record anywhere, though, was Verdant Horizon.

Floret Loret is set to join Shlump's upcoming tour, carrying the Lightsplinter material to audiences directly — the same run that opens in ceremony and, four tracks on, closes in something closer to rest.

Anyma makes his Diynamic debut alongside Solomun on Till I Die

Diynamic Music releases Till I Die on 7 November, a single credited to Anyma and Solomun and Anyma's first appearance on the label — and the first record under the name in a long while.

Anyma and Solomun have shared stages for years, with the likes of Tomorrowland and Kappa Futur Festival behind them; the Ultra Music Festival set they played together in 2025 was where an audience got the start of the collaboration. More appearances across the summer, on the same bills. Solomun also performed during The End of Genesys, the Sphere residency in Las Vegas that had the internet watching Anyma's screens.

Underneath, Solomun holds an after-hours groove steady, unhurried, while Anyma's synth writing widens the record over the top until the scale of it is enormous. Melody and atmosphere gather as it goes, the record built for the sort of night that does not finish. Solomun's own year has already carried the +1 residency at Pacha Ibiza and a remix of Empire of the Sun's Television.

Amy Wiles returns to Anjunabeats with a five-track EP

Amy Wiles' new EP is titled "I Never Want This To End," out 7 November via Anjunabeats. Leena Punks and flowanastasia join her on "Heard It All Before," the EP's second track. Warm chords sit under soft, rising melodic lines. "Balearic September" follows, a solo cut. Angel City closes the collection on "Dream Away."

The title track opens the EP on bright piano chords and lyrics that lean toward optimism. It's her most personal work yet. Five tracks make up the release. Anjunabeats' roster also includes BT, Tinlicker and Oliver Smith.

Wiles joined Anjunabeats as an intern before becoming a resident DJ. She's been on the label since 2022. This is her first release in seven months, following "Each Other" on Anjunabeats.

Enzo Siragusa returns to Fuse London with Kilimanjaro Sound

"It is an evolution of the sound I started building over 10 years ago with the original Kilimanjaro project. Back then, there was nothing else like it, and this feels like the culmination of all that and more," Enzo Siragusa said.

Siragusa called it a mix of "deep basslines and a nod to those old skool Jungle vibes."

Kilimanjaro Sound is out 24 October, one more single ahead of an EP still to come. Siragusa runs Fuse London himself, the party and label brand he's built into an internationally recognised name over the past decade.

It's his first release since The Lost Dubs EP.

Siragusa is touring across Europe this fall, ahead of a stop at Fabric London for FUSE's 17th anniversary.

19:26 returns to Afterlife with The Passage

19:26 grew up away from Naples, the city he longed to call home. Music wasn't where his path started. 'The Passage,' his most personal work yet, is built around memory, rupture and rebirth across five tracks, out 3 October.

It's a return to Afterlife, the label he's called home since 2023, and the first thing he's put out there since 'The Turn.'

Over the past year, 19:26 has played stages including the Pyramids of Giza, Kappa Futur Festival, Space Miami and Ushuaïa Ibiza.

The EP carries three features: Mrak on 'Overrated,' Yubik on 'Relax Your Mind,' and Layla Benitez on 'All The Time' — three of its five tracks carrying a second name.

Mindslash channels his own night shifts into Nightshift EP

Mindslash released his 'Nightshift' EP on Set About Music on 26 September, pairing the title track with 'Embrace' across two songs.

The title track grew out of a hard stretch clocking night shifts at a shop selling liquor and cigarettes. Mindslash captured the sounds of the job itself — the hum of the coolers, the till, the scanner's beep — and worked them into the track's hard-hitting drums and looping synth lines. 'Embrace' tempers that same intensity with softer, more immersive melodic touches.

It follows 'Prime Time.' Mindslash has played clubs in Yalta and Plazma, along with a set at Street Parade Veliko Tarnovo, a festival in his native Bulgaria.

The title track opens the EP, drums hitting hard under synths that circle overhead. Mindslash has been carving out a place in Bulgaria's techno scene, and this is the furthest he has taken it.

Against All Ødds breaks a 16-month gap on RESURRECTION

Against All Ødds hadn't released new material in 16 months before Out Of Control arrived on 25 July via RESURRECTION, the imprint run by Giolì & Assia.

Out Of Control pairs a festival-scaled build with cinematic, swelling synth work, favouring scale and atmosphere over any one obvious hook. That combination of precision and power stands out in a catalogue that already leans toward big, melodic drops. It draws on modern melodic structure and festival-ready drive alike, the pairing Against All Ødds has built his reputation on, brought together in a single track.

It is his first release on RESURRECTION, and it follows Falling Down as his most recent output anywhere before now.

Armin van Buuren and Martin Garrix finally release Sleepless Nights

Armin van Buuren released his ninth studio album Breathe this year, a record that carried collaborations with Bon Jovi and Pendulum. He has spent the surrounding months headlining A State of Trance festivals and launching a live concept under the name Pillars of Creation. Martin Garrix has sold out three nights at L.A. State Historic Park, marking a first Los Angeles appearance since 2016. Sleepless Nights, out now via Armada Music, is the long-awaited first official track credited to van Buuren and Garrix. The pair are longtime friends who have shared festival stages for years without ever sharing a release, and both are five-time DJ Mag Top 100 winners.

The track was premiered in March at Ultra Miami, where the two played it back to back on the mainstage during Garrix's festival-closing set. Crowds connected with the hook as soon as they heard it. Van Buuren has since worked it into A State of Trance London, Ushuaïa Ibiza and Weekend Festival Finland, and Garrix has carried it onto Lollapalooza's Perry's Stage. It has held its place in both setlists through EDC Las Vegas and through shows in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Garrix has run it across Los Angeles and Korea, and van Buuren has played it in China and the Czech Republic.

The single runs three minutes and is built around a vocal from Libby Whitehouse, an English singer-songwriter. Whitehouse sings a desperation that keeps doubling back on itself, and the record is pitched at the hours between a late dance floor and first light. Van Buuren's trance instincts arrive in the brighter, more contemporary register that Garrix works in. Stream it below.

Rebūke releases debut album World Of Era

Rebūke built his name across labels including the likes of Drumcode, Dirtybird, Trick and Afterlife before landing on his imprint, ERA, where World Of Era — his 15-track debut album — arrived 1 August. It isn't simply a collection of tracks stitched together, but a record built with intention behind each one; Rebūke has described it as "a fictitious city where each track is accompanied by a story that takes a bird's-eye snapshot of a different scene." Au/Ra, who sings on Ignite, the album's lead single, is among its guests. deadmau5 features separately on Endless, and Greta Svabo Bech is credited on Erase.

The album's rollout leans on visuals as much as sound. A decent visual once cost ten to thirty thousand dollars, Rebūke has said, but AI has made the field far cheaper and "super saturated" — a shift shaping the World Of Era tour, which he says will pair "new visuals and content" with "a hybrid of both DJ sets and visuals." His career runs back to 2018, the year Along Came Polly first broke through and dominated dancefloors, and includes a performance during Anyma's Sphere residency in Las Vegas.

Rebūke has cited cinema as a direct influence: "I'm a big fan of cinema and the correlation music has with a visual or a scene in a film, like in Bladerunner," he's said. He traces his own restlessness back further: "I've always been really bad at school in the sense that I don't take direction very well." Au/Ra, who guests on the album, put it more simply: "Rebūke's sound and visuals fit so well in my world."

ESSE breaks a 22-month gap with Work It

ESSE hadn't put out a solo single in 22 months before Work It landed on ESSEntial., out 11 July, and that gap frames the whole release: whatever has occupied him in the meantime, this is the first new material to carry his name in 22 months. It follows Detroit, his most recent outing on the label, which arrived earlier this year — the same year ESSEntial. itself reaches a full decade of redefining house music's edges.

Work It arrives as a single, leaning into a tighter, more mechanical groove that plays up the precision he's known for as one of house music's more exacting producers. It's heavy on rhythm, built to move a room. ESSE sounds like he's stepping into the sharpest form of his catalogue yet.
